My team and I are passionate about living in Seattle and love working with others who are excited about being here too. I’ve owned my home on the east side of Capitol Hill for 25 years, and have my office in North Capitol Hill. I bike the Burke-Gilman and Lake Washington Blvd year-round and lead early-morning “spin classes” at the Meredith Matthews Y. I’ve really enjoyed serving with various civic, political and urban planning groups. I’ve bought and sold homes for people for 18 years. Have been Seattle’s only residential real estate columnist. We love getting folk across the goal line, and having fun, laughter and lattes along the way. We have all of the tools ready to get you there. See independent reviews on Yelp and Happy Client Briefs.
