Open House, possibly only one, this Sat. at Lollipop C, E side Cap Hill

Playhouse and Greeneleaf Construction (Jim Barger) built three homes here, code-named the Lollipops. Lollipop A sold during construction — a freestanding home that went for a sweet $750k even though it's just an inch over 2,000 sf (but those views, that big glass, that state-of-cool Playhouse design, the 2-car garage, the stellar location a stone's throw from Pike-Pine, downtown and S Lk Union!)

Lollipop B went on the market earlier this week and went pending right away. It's the north mirror image of Lollipop C (translation: C is on the south side). Come see C.
