News: July 2024: Looking more likely that the Fed does 1st rate cut in September. Closer.

June 2024: The Puget Sound area's housing market remains robust, powered by tech stock prices. Includes not easy for buyers.

Dec 2023: The Fed says it might reduce the Fed Rate 3 times in 2024 -- TBD but mortgage rates drop more on the news.  

Nov 2023: Mortgage interest rates crept down toward 7% as the Fed signals mayyyyyybe no more rate hikes.

June 2023: The median closed sale price of homes in Seattle-only (excluding condo) bottomed at $803k to start 2023. Then $825k for Feb, $870k for March, $886k for April, & $905k for May. Supply lowered to 1.22 months (back to sellers market).
